2026 Juneteenth Performance Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in being a performer at the 2026 Juneteenth Experience located in the Central Valley, CA and hosted by The Freedom Groups. We are excited and welcome performers of all ages and genres to share their talents with the community. Please complete the information below and submit for consideration.

This year’s Talent Coordination will be produced by TBM Music and Entertainment – Tiffany Binion Mangum, CEO, and her team.

Please note the following:
1. Performances will be to a musical track only. No live bands.
2. All submissions will be acknowledged prior to the event date via email only.
3. A confirmation email will be issued prior to each event date.
4. Musical Tracks must be pre-submitted according to the instructions in the confirmation email.
5. Performers will be considered for one or more performance sets. Each performance set is 15 min. To be considered for more than one performance set, please indicate that on the form below.
6. The Juneteenth Experience is a series of family-friendly events and entertainment, celebrating the history and journey of the African American experience, and the joy and jubilation of their liberation. The Freedom Groups, TBM Music & Entertainment, its employees, agents, and affiliates, are committed to maintaining an inclusive and respectful environment. Performances containing content that is derogatory, discriminatory, or hateful toward any race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, religion, or any other protected group will not be tolerated. Any performer found in violation of this policy will be immediately removed from the current program and barred from all future programming opportunities.

By submitting this form and volunteering to perform for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sign-In & Waivers – Performers are required to check-in at the appropriate check-in table for said event.

Assumption of Risk – Participation is voluntary and performers assume full responsibility for any risks of injury or loss.

Liability Waiver – The Freedom Groups, TBM Music and Entertainment, TBM Entities, its employees, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property. Participation is at your own risk.

Privacy Policy – Information provided will be used only for event purposes (e.g., performance confirmation, updates, and follow-up). Contact details will not be shared with outside entities, vendors,sponsors and exhibitors without express consent.

Photography & Recording – Photography or recording of performers, guests, and participants may ensure for marketing purposes only.

Cancellations – To withdraw, we request that you submit your request to iamtbmmusic@gmail.com.

Code of Conduct – All performers, guests, supporters, and the like, must adhere to the event’s code of conduct. The organizers may remove anyone who violates these guidelines. Requested dress code is attire befitting a family-oriented entertainment environment.

Program Changes – Organizers reserve the right to adjust programming, including performers and the designated schedule, without prior notice. Efforts will be made to inform attendees of major changes.

Force Majeure – Organizers are not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics).

By completing the performance registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, and are authorized to affirm such on behalf of said artist/performer or group.
